Amee Manges, MPH, PhD, is a professor and molecular epidemiologist at the University of British Columbia, School of Population and Public Health, as well as an associate professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology. She supervises a research laboratory at the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control. Her current research focuses on whole metagenome sequencing for clinical and public health applications and microbiome-based therapeutics.
